Detail Display

The main air supply enters through 4 bottom holes.
The cold air that enters the double wall will be warms up and pushed out over the fire through small holes.
Hot oxygen creates a second burn that burns off the small particles of wood that would have been smoke.

Can this fire pit go on a wood deck what does the bottom get hot?
It's not suggested that you place it on wood deck. It may burn the wood.

what is the inner diameter of this Fire pit?
I don't know which size you asking for but my 28.5in fire pit will be 19in, Actually you can find the dimensions in the photos.

How do you clean the ashes out of it ?
You can clean the ashes throught the eight ait inlet at the bottom of firepit, that will be very easy.

Do you recommend a cover? Is there a specific type of wood that needs to be used? Is there a max ceiling height for the flame?
Cover is up to you it would not hurt when not in use. Any wood would work I use alot of dried fire wood any thing still green might smoke. As far as ceiling height the flame has got as high as four feet but I dont know if that's what your asking.

Returns Policy

Submit a return request at Contact Us to Customer Service within 60 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for return and photographs for verification.

Once your request is approved, you will received a return address needed to be included on your return label. Please send your item(s) via local post within 10 days and send us the return tracking info.

When warehouse receives the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition or has the issues stated in the return request.

Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 6-10 days (processing time depends on the payment method). That the return shipping fee will be refunded or not depends on the return reason(quality or non-quality issue).

Return & Exchange Conditions
Items returned without our authorization will not be accepted. The time frame for return/exchange must not exceed 60 days from the time when the original order is received.
