Shipping Policy

Before your order is shipped, has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different from shipping time alone.


  • Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Shipping Time
  • If your order contains multiple boxes, they will be shipped seperatly.
  • Handling Time: 1-2 Business Days
  • Shipping Time: 5-6 Business Days(Due to COVID-19)


Shipping Costs & Tax

  • Free Standard Shipping on all items.
  • The California state sales tax rate is 7.25%. This rate is made up of a base rate of 6%, plus California adds a mandatory local rate of 1.25% that goes directly to city and county tax officials. Depending on local sales tax jurisdictions, the total tax rate can be as high as 10.25%.
    No sales tax on any delivery outside the State of California.


Shipping Locations

  • Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
  • We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.


Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped out via UPS or Fedex.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates

We ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. This is often the day you placed it or the day after, but there are situations where it may take longer. If your item is in stock, your order is estimated to ship on the next business day. All estimates are based on business days.

If you have ordered multiple items with different ship readiness dates, you may receive separate shipments. Delivery will typically take 6 to 8 days, depending on your destination and the shipping carrier.

When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at within 3 business days after receiving shipping. Note any visible damages and be as specific as possible as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the delivering carrier.

Orders Tracking

You will be sent at least 2 emails for each order you place:

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. For exact locations of your shipment, please track your items on the carrier's official website.

You can visit our online Order Status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order. Sign in with your Erommy account and password to get a summary of past orders by visiting our Track Your Order’ Page for detailed steps of order tracking.


  1. Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.
  2. Please make sure the email address is correct on your order to receive the order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.
  3. We are not responsible for any return shipping cost if product didn’t meet yourexpectation nor placed a wrong order after order has been shipped out.
  4. Items that weighs less than 150lbs will be dispatched by UPS/fedEx. While, items that are weigh more than 150lbs will be delivered by truck.

Q1. Will my package be delivered?

Of course will, Erommy's activities are currently continuing. However, delivery times may be longer than usual.


Q2. How long does it take to ship my package?

The delivery time of the goods is determined by the product and the delivery area. Due to the impact of the epidemic, the overall shipping time has been delayed to varying degrees than before. We will do our best to deliver your items as soon as possible and notify you by email.

Q3. Will my package be infected?

It's safe to order from Erommy. We are taking extra precautions at the packing process, each package is disinfected before leaving our warehouse to ensure safe product and delivery for you.


Q4. What's the status of my order and delivery?

Once your order has been shipped out we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. To check the status of your package, please click on the link and it will take you to the UPS, FedEx or other shipping vendors website. This function allows you to track your package using the tracking code provided in the email. You can also track your order in My account>"My Orders".


Q5. Can I change the address on my order?

You can Contact Us to change the delivery address for your order before it's shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be changed by us. But we can contact the shipping carrier to change it for you, and address correction fee($18 per box) needs to be charged.


Q6. Is it possible to reduce contact with the deliveryman?

Yes. Erommy's delivery partners have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer's doorstep and stepping back. If an ID check is required, these are now performed at a distance. You can also choose a safe location where the deliveryman can leave your package if you are not able to answer the door.
