PRECAUTIONS

•  The 10'x 12' describes the measurements from eave edge to eave edge. For more details on dimensions, kindly refer to the image.
•  Packages will come in 4 cartons. Assembly required: Approx. 5 hours with 2-3 people. Please collect all cartons and prepare ladders and gloves before installing.
• The waterproof performance of the roof system is closely related to installation. So please strictly follow the instructions.
• Before using the gazebo, please ensure that the four anchoring stands are firmly planted in the ground.
• Theoretically, the snow capability is 2500 lbs (1.85 " thickness of snow on the roof) and the wind rating is 50 MPH. But it is still necessary to clean up the snow in time.
• Theoretically, the gazebo may heat up quickly under sunshine and reach a higher temperature. But the temperature depends directly on sunlight intensity.
